LET's start with what it is actually ???
WHAT IS TEA TREE OIL ???
ACCORDING TO UWA TEA TREE OIL RESEARCH GROUP, IT IS THE ESSENTIAL OIL STEAM DISTILLED FROM THE AUSTRALIAN PLANT ( Melaleuca alternifolia )
AND IT IS USUALLY CLEAR TO VERY PALE YELLOW IN COLOR AND IT EXUDES A FRESH, CAMPHOR-LIKE SCENT.
What's so great about Tea Tree Oil?
I USUALLY CALL THIS LITTLE GREEN BOTTLE AS "MEDICINE CABINET IN A BOTTLE" AND HERE ARE MY REASONS FOR CALLING IT THE SAME :-1> AS AN ANTI-BACTERIAL, IT CAN BE USED ON ACNE.
2>AS AN ANTI-FUNGAL,IT CAN TREAT ATHLETE'S FOOT,ECZEMA,VARIOUS YEAST INFECTIONS ETC.
3>AS AN ANTISEPTIC,ON CUTS AND BURNS.
4>AS AN ANTIVIRAL, IT CAN TREAT COLD AND FLU.
5>FOR DANDRUFF AND DRY SCALP.
6>AS AN VAPORIZER TO LOOSEN CHEST CONGESTION.
COMING BACK TO THE MIRACLE BOTTLE :)
how it works ???
Tea tree oil works by unclogging the pores and killing the bacteria responsible for the painful pimples, and prevents the formation of new blackheads or whiteheads by keeping the skin’s surface cleaner. Also, it hydrates the tissue and calms the irritation, reducing the redness. This OIL claims to have antibacterial properties and is best suited for oily and acne prone skin.

FINAL THOUGHTS :-
Ok, so tea tree oil has 100% cleared up my skin, and it definitely didn't happen overnight. But I have tried so many products for my acne that have really damaged my skin, or made it incredibly dry or scarred.Comments about The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil:I have been using this product since long. I have sporadic acne breakouts, and this is the best spot treatment I have ever come across. When used consistently, the spots are minimized over night, and gone by the end of the week.
